The carrier measures 19 x the sides feature the lion head and the base rests on two claw foot feet. The handle is brass with a ceramic grip with blue delft flowers. I have not polished this, as some people prefer the aged look, but i'm sure it would polish up very nicely.

There is a worn spot on the bottom, as seen in the photos. The label is still on the back.
