Used Rika Visio pellet stove door handle broken scratches on stove missing back panel display doesn't read proper, missing some display readings tested the stove and it does burn, but its been a few years. This may increase your chance of getting the item in which you are buying. Some damage can be repaired with replacement parts, but physical to stove shell not in most cases.

Note, there are some postal codes in Canada which sometimes have higher than normal rates. Cosmetic scratches can be fixed with a of paint, we not send one out.
